Location: Remote or hybrid (preference for Cardedeu area)
Contract: Flexible (freelance, temporary, or permanent depending on profile)
Hours: Part-time or full-time, based on availability and project scope

About Us
We are a growing company in the industrial machinery sector—buying, selling, and repairing equipment—and are currently digitalizing and optimizing our operations. We plan to implement Odoo as our main ERP to centralize budgeting, sales, repairs, logistics, and more.
What We’re Looking For
An experienced Odoo specialist to guide us through the entire implementation process: from needs analysis and module configuration to customization, team training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities

Implement and configure Odoo from scratch

Develop or customize modules according to our requirements

Integrate Odoo with other platforms/tools (email, web, etc.)

Advise on best ERP practices

Provide basic training to the team and create technical documentation
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience implementing and developing in Odoo

Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript

Strong analytical skills with practical solutions for SMEs

Experience in industrial or technical services sectors is a plus
