About the Role
The Odoo Developer will work closely with Business Analysts to implement client-specific requirements, taking full ownership of projects from start to finish. After onboarding, the role offers rapid responsibility for multiple projects while also providing opportunities to collaborate on larger initiatives. This position is ideal for proactive, versatile developers eager to contribute to both client success and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional specifications from Business Analysts and provide technical estimations
- Challenge and refine client requirements to ensure technical compatibility in Odoo
- Develop and test new Odoo features while maintaining existing code during migrations
- Assist clients with technical installations and system setup
- Contribute to internal projects and support the evolution of company processes and offerings
Required Skills
- University degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrating exceptional aptitude
- 6 months to 3 years of professional development experience
- Strong French and English communication skills, verbal and written
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative
- Leadership mindset with ability to mentor colleagues and provide excellent client service
- Valid driver’s license B and eligibility to work in Belgium
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Odoo development and module customization
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to adapt teaching and communication style to clients and colleagues
