About the Role
Revolgy is looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to take ownership of its customized, on-premise Odoo 18 instance, which manages internal operations. The role focuses on developing new features, enhancing existing modules, and ensuring seamless integrations to support the company’s growth. The position is fully remote for candidates based in Europe and offered as a B2B contract for 6–12 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Lead development activities for the Odoo 18 platform.
- Customize core Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Projects, and Employees to align with internal processes.
- Design, test, and deploy custom Odoo modules based on operational requirements.
- Manage integrations with external business applications through REST APIs.
- Apply AI-assisted coding tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
- Collaborate with international teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional Odoo development experience with a portfolio of projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework (ORM, Views, Controllers).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Proven experience integrating systems using REST APIs.
- Skilled in Git version control.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with accountability.
- Residency in Europe and ability to work within CEST ±1 hour.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Direct experience with Odoo 18.
- Familiarity with Linux server administration and Docker for on-premise applications.
