About the Role
This opportunity is for a Medior–Senior Odoo Developer to join the Luxembourg delivery team at a key stage of expansion. The role offers a chance to influence both client solutions and internal delivery practices, while working in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo applications tailored to client needs
- Translate business processes into efficient and scalable technical solutions
- Participate in solution architecture and technical decision-making
- Configure Odoo modules aligned with business rules
- Produce documentation and training materials for both clients and internal use
- Conduct demos and training sessions following a train-the-trainer approach
- Manage testing phases and ensure adherence to coding best practices
- Mentor junior developers, supporting their technical progression
- Contribute to enhancing the daily delivery capabilities of the Luxembourg team
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Odoo and/or Python
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript development
- Strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Ability to think structurally and work independently
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of creativity and pragmatism
- Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to share knowledge
- Fast learner with a keen interest in digital technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching junior developers
- Familiarity with Odoo frameworks and integrations
- Exposure to mid-sized or large-scale implementation projects
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical standards and delivery practices
