About the Role
The Odoo ERP Consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. The role involves analyzing business processes, conducting GAP/FIT analyses, and supporting pre-sales demos, with a focus on practical, results-oriented ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present pre-sales Odoo ERP demonstrations.
- Analyze client business processes (AS-IS) in manufacturing, warehousing, and other industries.
- Identify processes that are and are not supported by standard Odoo ERP (GAP/FIT analysis).
- Work with the development team on process gaps and required customizations.
- Contribute to pragmatic, client-focused ERP solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of any ERP system.
- Analytical and logical thinking.
- English proficiency for understanding written materials.
- Native-level communication skills in Czech or Slovak.
- Willingness and ability to learn Odoo ERP and other related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages.
- Strong organizational skills.
