About the Role
As an Odoo ERP Consultant at AMETRAS Intelligence, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping implement and optimize Odoo ERP solutions. You will advise retail clients, analyze their needs, and collaborate with the development team to create tailored solutions. The role also involves managing client projects, delivering product training, and ensuring the efficient use of Odoo ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of the Odoo ERP system
- Advise clients on implementing our software, particularly for retail clients
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate closely with the development team to design new solutions
- Manage the design and implementation of client projects
- Ensure efficient use of the software at client sites by conducting product training and workshops
Qualifications
- Completed training in a technical or commercial field or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Experience in consulting retail clients
- Alternatively, experience in wholesale or retail, with a focus on Odoo ERP and a desire to transition into consulting
- Proficiency in the Odoo ERP system
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
