About the Role

As an Odoo Consultant (m/f/d), you will manage your own projects, guide clients through Odoo implementations, and deliver tailored solutions that optimize their business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Odoo implementation projects and act as the main consultant for clients
  • Advise clients on best practices and showcase new improvements
  • Deliver product demos to potential customers
  • Translate requirements into proof-of-concepts and functional analyses
  • Define development tasks for the internal team and oversee project execution
  • Conduct training sessions for key users
  • Collaborate closely with in-house consultants and developers

Required Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sales, or equivalent experience in ERP/finance
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of business processes and a solution-oriented mindset
  • High IT affinity and enthusiasm for innovation
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive learning attitude
  • Fluency in German (native level) and professional English
