About the Role
As an Odoo Consultant (m/f/d), you will manage your own projects, guide clients through Odoo implementations, and deliver tailored solutions that optimize their business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Odoo implementation projects and act as the main consultant for clients
- Advise clients on best practices and showcase new improvements
- Deliver product demos to potential customers
- Translate requirements into proof-of-concepts and functional analyses
- Define development tasks for the internal team and oversee project execution
- Conduct training sessions for key users
- Collaborate closely with in-house consultants and developers
Required Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sales, or equivalent experience in ERP/finance
- Solid experience in project management
- Strong understanding of business processes and a solution-oriented mindset
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for innovation
- Excellent communication skills and proactive learning attitude
- Fluency in German (native level) and professional English
