About the Role
As an ERP Project Assistant at smaXtec, you will contribute to the continuous development of the company’s ERP system, focusing on coordination, technical support, and communication with both internal users and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of ERP projects.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for support requests, ensuring practical and user-focused training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date and clear documentation for processes, system configurations, and changes.
- Coordinate with external partners to manage timelines and delivery goals.
- Support system integrations, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
- Manage system data accurately, create reports, and use Excel confidently for data imports and exports.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams—ensuring consistent understanding across departments.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP or IT support, ideally in an international environment.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo is essential.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, their role in business operations, and how they integrate with other tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English—clear, dependable, and collaborative.
- A structured, analytical approach with a passion for process improvement.
- Proactive mindset and a drive to help shape and improve workflows.
