About the Role
The Odoo ERP Project Manager will lead ERP implementation projects in manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role involves overseeing project planning, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring successful deployment of Odoo solutions tailored to business processes. This position is based in Ljubljana or Nova Gorica, Slovenia, with options for flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects focusing on manufacturing and warehouse management.
- Develop and execute project plans, coordinate internal teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Analyze client production and logistics processes to propose optimized Odoo solutions.
- Monitor project progress, ensure quality, and deliver on time.
- Organize and conduct workshops, meetings, and training sessions for clients.
- Contribute to project documentation and development specifications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing IT or ERP projects, preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Strong understanding of production and warehouse processes.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus; familiarity with other ERP systems is also acceptable.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate teams efficiently.
- Fluent in Slovenian and English.
- Self-driven, responsible, and eager to continuously learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Odoo modules for manufacturing and warehouse management.
- Previous experience implementing ERP solutions for medium or large-scale enterprises.
- Certification in Odoo or related ERP project management.
