About the Role
As an Odoo ERP Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them make the most of their Odoo setup. Your focus will be on resolving both technical and functional issues quickly and clearly to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions about Odoo, website integrations, and system connections
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Translate complex problems into clear, understandable solutions
- Register and track support tickets
- Collaborate with development and consulting colleagues when needed
- Ensure a positive and smooth experience for every client
What You Bring
- Experience with or strong interest in ERP software (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- A structured, service-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team
- Availability for 24–32 hours per week, fully on-site in Leiden
