About the Role

The position of Odoo Functional Analyst – Accounting Specialist focuses on guiding clients in adopting and maximizing Odoo, particularly in accounting. This role combines expertise in finance with business analysis skills to design efficient workflows, manage change, and support clients through their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and map processes into Odoo.
Design streamlined and effective workflows.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for developers.
Test and validate implemented solutions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
Guide clients through change management, ensuring smooth adoption.
Provide ongoing support, anticipate client needs, and foster long-term trust.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Odoo or another ERP system.
Strong background in Accounting or Finance, ideally from a fiduciary or similar environment.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with end users, managers, and developers.
Fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, or English.
