About the Role
Gaucho Code is looking for a Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Odoo and a focus on administrative, accounting, and billing processes. The role involves requirements gathering, system implementation, and continuous improvement of Odoo modules, ensuring alignment with business needs. This is a full-time hybrid position based in AMBA.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across business areas.
- Implement, configure, and enhance Odoo modules, particularly in billing, collections, accounting, inventory, and logistics.
- Provide functional support to key and end users, ensuring smooth ERP operations and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Lead migration, consolidation, and optimization of administrative management systems.
- Coordinate integrations with external platforms, such as payment gateways and CRMs.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities for internal and client-facing projects.
Required Skills
- University degree in Systems, Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within technology companies, fintech, or retail.
- Proven expertise in Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of financial, accounting, and billing/collections processes.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations (e.g., ePagos, Stripe, MercadoPago).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and integration tools.
- Ability to document processes, train users, and propose improvements.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, advanced Excel, and languages such as PHP or Python.
- Intermediate English (oral and written).
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Current residence in AMBA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo functional or technical certification.
- Experience with other platforms such as Tango or VTigerCRM.
