About the Role
The Odoo Functional Consultant will support SMEs in implementing Odoo ERP solutions from initial requirements analysis to production deployment. This role involves configuring standard modules, providing light customizations, documenting functional specifications, training end users, and ensuring ongoing support post-deployment. Multiple projects will be managed simultaneously, either independently or in collaboration with a team.
Responsibilities
- Guide SMEs through full Odoo ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Configure standard Odoo modules and propose minor customizations to meet business-specific needs.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Train users and provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with clients to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
Required Skills
- Proven experience on Odoo projects, preferably from version 15 onwards.
- Strong knowledge of at least two Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Projects, or HR.
- Solid understanding of business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, able to understand SME requirements.
- Proficiency in French and English.
