About the Role
BRILU is seeking a CRM & ERP Developer with expertise in Odoo and backend systems. The role involves building modular, scalable systems that connect various platforms—from CRMs and ERPs to payment processors and AI tools. Experience with low-code platforms like Xano is a key advantage, especially when working across internal and client-facing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Customize and develop Odoo modules across CRM, ERP, inventory, subscriptions, and sales
- Build backend integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks to connect tools like Stripe, Xano, and CRMs
- Leverage low-code tools (Xano, Make, Zapier) to speed up delivery and prototype business logic
- Improve workflows and automate operations across systems
- Support internal platforms and products by managing system connectivity and data flows
- Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to documentation and deployment processes
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience with Odoo (v13 or newer), including custom modules
- 2+ years of experience with other CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho)
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and working in Linux environments
- Strong skills in integrating systems using REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks
- Experience with low-code platforms like Xano, Zapier, or Make
- Ability to understand systems as interconnected tools and build cohesive workflows
- Strong English communication skills and comfort working remotely
Nice to Have
- Background in Stripe, e-commerce tools, or marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including RAG or LLM APIs
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD workflows, or DevOps tools
- Experience with SaaS products or working across multiple client accounts
