About the Role
Impress is seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead cross-functional ERP initiatives across departments. This role is central to scaling Impress’s digital backbone, ensuring Odoo implementations align with evolving business needs and deliver meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations from planning to post-launch support.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and project goals.
- Coordinate development, consulting, and functional teams to deliver tailored Odoo solutions.
- Define and monitor project timelines, resources, deliverables, and scope.
- Track progress, risks, and blockers, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure robust system configuration, UAT, deployment, and user training.
- Act as a key liaison between non-technical stakeholders and the technical team.
- Drive continuous process improvement and business optimization using Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Odoo ERP projects across diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of core Odoo modules and customization capabilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
