About the Role
As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will oversee client projects from requirements gathering to go-live. You’ll lead each step of the implementation process while ensuring alignment with client expectations and system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full project delivery, including coordination of meetings, timelines, and budget tracking
- Analyze business needs and define processes
- Design ERP solutions that match client requirements
- Draft technical-functional documentation
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of development tasks
- Oversee user testing and ensure clear reporting of bugs or issues
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions
- Support clients through change management and ensure system adoption
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Solid understanding of business finance and accounting
- Knowledge of operational processes (sales, inventory, supply chain)
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Background in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) is a plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
