About the Role
The position of Odoo Software Developer at MobilityPlus involves developing efficient and scalable software applications. The role requires close collaboration with other developers and product managers to design and implement software that meets stakeholder needs, with a focus on high-quality business process (ERP) applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs
- Develop high-quality ERP and business process software applications
- Collaborate with other developers to achieve seamless integrations
- Optimize existing code, identify, and resolve bugs
- Research new technologies and best practices to enhance development processes
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in a similar role as Backend Software Developer
- Knowledge of Odoo is important
- Knowledge of or interest in Python programming
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and ERP/business processes
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technical innovation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
