About the Role
The Odoo Specialist will focus on improving warehouse operations and ensuring that processes are accurately reflected within the ERP system. The role combines hands-on operational involvement with ERP configuration, reporting, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and configure Odoo processes to optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Validate that ERP configurations are correctly applied in daily warehouse operations.
- Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring continuity of processes.
- Document procedures clearly for internal teams and B2B clients.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and assist clients in adopting optimized processes.
- Design reports and dashboards in Power BI to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate on process automation and deployments, coordinating with external IT teams on backups and rollback plans.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Odoo implementations and customizations, with a strong understanding of its data model.
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, with willingness to engage onsite when necessary.
- Technical skills in Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience designing dashboards with Power BI.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Experience in B2B project implementation and documentation of reusable processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP migrations and process automation (e.g., using Fabric).
- Previous exposure to large-scale Odoo deployments and integration projects.
