About the Role

Help build the backbone of the company by leading the transition to Odoo. This role involves a complete overhaul of internal systems, with a direct impact on finance, logistics, and daily operations. As an ERP Consultant, you’ll guide the entire process from mapping business processes to implementing and supporting solutions, ensuring that Odoo’s functionalities align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document requirements across different teams.

• Model business processes using BPMN/UML and design target workflows within Odoo.

• Perform gap-fit analyses to assess the differences between existing and standard Odoo functionalities.

• Prepare functional specifications for developers and integration partners.

• Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure acceptance testing (Scrum/Agile).

• Lead user training and create relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience as an IT analyst or ERP consultant.

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience preferred).

• Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL knowledge.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Systematic and structured approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications (Odoo Functional, Prince2, CBAP, etc.).

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or manufacturing.

• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
