About the Role

The company is looking for a Product Owner (ERP-System / Odoo 18) to play a key role in shaping the digitalization of its operations. This position involves leading ERP-related projects, managing stakeholders, and optimizing business processes while ensuring Odoo 18 is effectively integrated and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digitalization projects with focus on the ERP system (Odoo 18)
  • Gather, analyze, and define project requirements while managing resources (Jira/Confluence)
  • Manage stakeholders and drive process optimization across the business
  • Design and implement Odoo customizations and enhancements
  • Communicate with Odoo S.A., submit bug reports, and oversee fixes
  • Develop new architectures around ERP integration
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners in IT, software development, and application support

Required Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent training
  • Several years of professional experience (e.g., IT Architect, ERP Consultant, Product Owner, Project Manager, Odoo Developer, or ERP Software Engineer)
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and/or BI tools
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their ERP mapping
  • Knowledge of third-party system integration (e.g., logistics software, PIM, BI solutions)
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Odoo knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and strong process understanding
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative
