About the Role
The company is transitioning to Odoo, which will involve a complete overhaul of all internal systems. This role will shape the direction of the transformation — from process mapping and designing functional solutions to implementation and user support. The impact of this work will be visible across finance, logistics, and day-to-day company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements from various teams.
- Model processes using BPMN/UML and design target workflows in Odoo.
- Conduct gap-fit analyses between current processes and standard Odoo functionalities.
- Prepare functional specifications for developers and integration partners.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, and ensure acceptance testing (following Scrum/Agile practices).
- Lead user training sessions and create user documentation.
Requirements:
- Ideally 3+ years of experience as an IT analyst or ERP consultant.
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Understanding of data structures and basic SQL skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Organized, systematic approach and a structured mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Odoo Functional, Prince2, CBAP, etc.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
