About the Role

This is a high-impact, strategic role for a seasoned backend developer with strong Odoo experience. The position involves not just coding, but also leading the architecture and evolution of backend systems, supporting infrastructure, and ensuring best development practices across the company. Responsibilities

Lead and manage backend development with a focus on Odoo ERP
Oversee and maintain the company’s internal backend systems
Design scalable architecture and promote coding best practices
Handle DevOps tasks: infrastructure management, deployment pipelines, environment security
Build and maintain integrations with marketplaces, third-party platforms, and REST/OAuth APIs
Optimize performance and automate workflows
Write documentation and ensure robust testing for stable, scalable deployments
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and contribute to company-wide initiatives
Optional: Take part in technical brand-building and communication via social media

Required Skills

Strong backend development experience (Odoo + TypeScript)
Solid background in eCommerce systems and infrastructure
Proficiency in version control and CI/CD (Git, GitHub, pipelines)
DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure management
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Quality-driven and proactive in problem-solving
