About the Role
dFakto is seeking a Business Analyst (Odoo) with strong analytical skills and a passion for IT and client engagement. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, requiring direct interaction with management stakeholders as well as close collaboration with IT and business teams. The position offers a chance to contribute not only to client success but also to the company’s growth and entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements through workshops and interviews
- Translate needs into structured user stories and functional specifications
- Review technical analyses and discuss solution options with developers
- Present analyses to clients and refine them until approval
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Oversee development progress and support developers where needed
- Test deliverables, document issues, and ensure resolution with the technical team
- Deliver presentations, functional training, and support for clients
- Use collaboration tools to document and track project progress
- Supervise junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Actively participate in the development and growth of dFakto
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience (consulting, financial, or auditing background is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst with Odoo
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently while fostering team success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in supporting the growth of an SME

- Practical experience with data management and visualization tools
- Previous experience in an international consulting firm
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and discussions
