About the Role
VentorTech is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Odoo Consultant who is passionate about optimizing business processes and finding effective solutions. Join us on our exciting journey!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand business challenges and customer requirements.
- Explore solution options based on the Odoo platform and develop solution architecture using Odoo.
- Develop project documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team to communicate requirements and solutions.
- Participate in the Pre-sales and Discovery phases.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Logistics, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Purchasing, and Invoicing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Odoo.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2+ level).
Optional (but advantageous):
- Familiarity with UML and BPMN methodologies.
