About the Role
Microlink is looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to lead ERP solutions from design through to delivery. This role combines advanced Odoo development with project management, ensuring successful implementations that optimize business processes. The developer will play a key role in bridging technical requirements with business needs while guiding project execution and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient ERP solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and improvements to ERP systems.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Odoo ERP development, including Python and PostgreSQL.
