About the Role
The position of Senior Odoo Functional-Technical Consultant is strategic and client-facing. This role involves independently managing a client portfolio, guiding digital transformation projects, and providing expertise in Odoo configuration, training, and technical support. The consultant plays a key role in ensuring successful ERP implementations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and write detailed functional specifications.
- Provide strategic advice on Odoo deployment and process optimization.
- Configure and customize Odoo according to business requirements.
- Train and support users across various Odoo modules.
- Lead integration projects, coordinate stakeholders, and manage ERP adaptation.
- Offer ongoing support, handle incidents, and optimize client processes.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Stay informed of Odoo updates and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Odoo modules, structure, models, views, and functional configuration (5+ years preferred, Odoo certification a plus).
- Proficiency with Odoo Studio and no/low-code configuration.
- Basic to intermediate Python skills.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Proven ability to manage a full client portfolio independently.
- Client-focused, results-driven, with excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of data security, GDPR compliance, and best practices.
- Professional English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or equivalent.
