About the Role

This newly created position combines responsibilities in both software development and business analysis, with a focus on the Odoo platform. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related needs, supporting internal users and enhancing the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance

Maintain the database and GitHub repository
Upgrade Odoo to new versions when needed

Analysis

Identify user requirements and suggest effective solutions
Support employees in using Odoo
Continuously improve the ERP’s user experience and satisfaction

Development

Implement solutions through system configuration and development
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
Maintain clear documentation and provide updates on ongoing tasks
Lead and coordinate Odoo implementation processes

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of professional experience
Proficiency in database maintenance and GitHub
Hands-on experience with Odoo business applications
Development skills in Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

Odoo certification is a plus
Team-oriented mindset
Appreciation for good food is a bonus
