About the Role
This newly created position combines responsibilities in both software development and business analysis, with a focus on the Odoo platform. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related needs, supporting internal users and enhancing the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance
- Maintain the database and GitHub repository
- Upgrade Odoo to new versions when needed
Analysis
- Identify user requirements and suggest effective solutions
- Support employees in using Odoo
- Continuously improve the ERP’s user experience and satisfaction
Development
- Implement solutions through system configuration and development
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
- Maintain clear documentation and provide updates on ongoing tasks
- Lead and coordinate Odoo implementation processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in database maintenance and GitHub
- Hands-on experience with Odoo business applications
- Development skills in Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo certification is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset
- Appreciation for good food is a bonus
