About the Role

This newly created position combines responsibilities in both software development and business analysis, with a focus on the Odoo platform. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related needs, supporting internal users and enhancing the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance

  • Maintain the database and GitHub repository
  • Upgrade Odoo to new versions when needed

Analysis

  • Identify user requirements and suggest effective solutions
  • Support employees in using Odoo
  • Continuously improve the ERP’s user experience and satisfaction

Development

  • Implement solutions through system configuration and development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide updates on ongoing tasks
  • Lead and coordinate Odoo implementation processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in database maintenance and GitHub
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo business applications
  • Development skills in Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Odoo certification is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Appreciation for good food is a bonus
