About the Role
Sunday Natural is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead – Odoo Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of custom Odoo solutions. This role involves both hands-on coding and technical mentoring, helping elevate development standards and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of new Odoo modules aligned with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Odoo and its integrations.
- Set and uphold coding best practices, conduct peer reviews, and ensure clean, scalable codebases.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Odoo developers.
- Collaborate with analysts and project managers to translate functional needs into technical deliverables.
- Optimize system performance, manage version control, and stay current with the latest Odoo developments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Odoo development with proven leadership in technical roles.
- Strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of the Odoo framework (v13+ preferred).
- Expertise in Odoo ORM, API integrations, and module architecture.
- Proficient with PostgreSQL and query optimization.
- Competence in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Skilled in debugging and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development processes.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
- Odoo certification is an advantage.
