About the Role

The Odoo Consultant (Spain) will implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP & CRM applications to meet client business needs. This fully remote role requires functional support, client training, system analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with development teams for customizations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Odoo ERP & CRM applications for SMEs.
  • Provide functional support and guidance to clients.
  • Train users to ensure effective adoption of Odoo solutions.
  • Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimizations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver custom solutions as needed.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adherence to project requirements.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Odoo ERP & CRM implementation and configuration.
  • Strong system analysis, troubleshooting, and customization capabilities.
  • Ability to deliver functional support and user training.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
