About the Role

The Data System Manager (Odoo) will oversee the Odoo ERP system, optimizing its functionality and ensuring data integrity across all business functions. This role is central to implementing Odoo solutions aligned with organizational goals and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system for optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Odoo configurations and customizations.
• Develop workflows, reports, and documentation to improve business processes.
• Train and support users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless Odoo integration with other systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and configuring Odoo ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and functionalities, including inventory, sales, and finance.
• Experience in data management, integration, and process optimization within Odoo.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and support users effectively.
• Collaborative team player.
• Full permission to live and work in Malta without a visa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
