About the Role
The position is for an Operations Manager who will oversee daily laboratory operations and act as the internal administrator for the integrated Odoo platform. This platform supports all lab functions, including sales, CRM, inventory, invoicing, and administrative workflows. The role requires on-site presence in Lavergne, TN, with no relocation assistance provided.
Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and optimize the Odoo ERP system to support lab operations

Coordinate lab workflows ensuring compliance with protocols and project efficiency

Oversee inventory management via Odoo, including stock control, purchasing, and restocking

Support CRM and sales by tracking customer data, managing leads, and assisting order processing

Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements through Odoo and related tools

Generate regular performance, inventory, and administrative reports

Facilitate communication and collaboration between lab staff, administrative teams, and IT support
Requirements:

Proven experience managing laboratory or similar technical operations

Strong familiarity with Odoo ERP, especially system configuration or administration

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Knowledge of inventory control, sales processes, and CRM workflows

Ability to train staff on Odoo system usage

Bachelor’s degree in science, business, computer science, or a related field preferred
