About the Role

Ventura Extranjería Abogados is looking for an experienced Odoo expert with a strong business mindset and a continuous improvement approach. The role involves enhancing the existing Odoo setup, automating workflows, and developing mobile features integrated with Odoo using React Native. Close collaboration with senior management and the technical team is essential to ensure smooth coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance features within the current Odoo environment
Translate departmental needs into clear technical solutions
Design and optimize internal processes for operational, legal, and administrative functions
Contribute to mobile app development using React Native
Collaborate closely with senior management and the technical team

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Odoo development experience
Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and a strong understanding of Odoo architecture
Strong knowledge of React Native
Experience in business process analysis and documentation
Proactive, structured thinker with excellent execution skills

Technical Skills

Expertise in QWeb, HTML, JavaScript, and Python
Experience with Odoo version 18 development
Mastery of CRM, Invoicing, and Appointment modules in Odoo
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Linux system administration
Background in mobile app development using React Native

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Summer hours (July and August): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Work Mode

On-site in Vilafranca del Penedès, with the possibility of a hybrid work model.
Permanent contract with immediate start.
