About the Role
Cravit, a Gold Partner with a presence in Spain, the Netherlands, and India, is currently looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join their team. This role offers remote work, flexible hours, and an adaptable weekly schedule (30 to 40 hours, based on employee preference).
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo consulting, with a senior level of expertise
- Proficiency in English
- Strong experience in one of the following roles:
- Supply Chain Consultant
- Management of sales, distribution, and manufacturing processes
- Key Odoo modules: Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchases
- Understanding of complex logistics processes such as Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, subcontracting, and multi-step warehouse deliveries
- Accounting Consultant
- Knowledge of Spanish accounting practices
- Familiarity with tax forms such as 111, 303, 347, 349, and 200
- Experience managing accounting in Odoo
- Previous experience in analytical accounting is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and processes
- Translate client requirements into Odoo configurations, respecting the platform’s native architecture
- Conduct tests before delivering to clients
- Manage communication with clients and the technical team, including other consultants and developers
Desired Skills
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Odoo
- Expertise in the relevant functional areas (Supply Chain or Accounting)
- High proficiency in English, especially for technical roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
