About the Role
The Odoo Functional Consultant role involves participating in full ERP implementation cycles for clients across various industries. The position is designed for an experienced consultant capable of managing functional analysis, configuration, parameterization, testing, go-live, and user training. It is a long-term, on-site role suited for professionals who live near L’Alcúdia (Valencia) and seek a stable career path within a high-growth Odoo practice.
Responsibilities
- Implement Odoo ERP solutions across multiple business sectors
- Conduct functional analysis to understand client requirements
- Configure and parameterize modules based on business needs
- Execute testing phases and coordinate go-live transitions
- Provide user training and ongoing functional support
- Contribute expertise in Odoo processes across core areas such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and HR
- Collaborate with the broader consulting team to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Odoo ERP implementation across diverse industries
- Strong understanding of Odoo processes and workflows
- Preferably advanced knowledge in modules for Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, and Human Resources
- Residence close to L’Alcúdia (46250 – Valencia, Spain), essential for long-term work stability
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative, office-based environment
