About the Role
The Odoo Sales Expert role focuses on driving business growth through the promotion and sale of Odoo management solutions in the Portuguese market. This position covers the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts, while working closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver value-driven ERP solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo software
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to define and execute commercial strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the ERP sector
Required Skills
- Higher education degree
- Proven experience in selling and prospecting Odoo solutions in Portugal
- Strong knowledge of the Odoo ecosystem and its functionalities
- Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets
- High level of initiative and autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP or enterprise software solutions
- Established network within the Portuguese business or IT market
- Ability to translate business needs into software value propositions
