About the Role

The Odoo Developer and E-commerce Integrator role is a key technical position responsible for owning and evolving the company’s core ERP landscape. The role centers on Odoo as the primary system, with a strong focus on Manufacturing (MRP), inventory, procurement, costing, logistics, and e-commerce integrations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Limassol, Cyprus, with relocation support available for highly experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop Odoo as the central ERP platform
  • Manage and optimize manufacturing workflows, including MRP, BOMs, routings, and costing
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, stock valuation, and logistics processes
  • Implement and maintain integrations with Shopify and Amazon for products, stock, orders, and invoicing
  • Ensure accurate synchronization across multi-company and franchise environments
  • Lead the migration of the e-commerce platform into Odoo if required and continue its development
  • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and operational reliability

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise editions)
  • Strong knowledge of real-world manufacturing MRP workflows
  • Solid understanding of BOMs, routings, stock valuation, and product costing
  • Experience with API-based integrations
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PostgreSQL
  • Working knowledge of Linux-based environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify development or e-commerce migrations to Odoo
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM integrations
  • Understanding of VAT and OSS regulations
  • Experience working with multi-company ERP structures
