About the Role
The Odoo Functional Consultant (m/w/d) plays a central role in guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives. This position focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing Odoo ERP modules, and ensuring solutions align with both client needs and Odoo best practices. The role combines functional consulting, process design, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and digitize customer business processes
- Advise on, implement, and configure Odoo ERP modules
- Design and customize client-specific solutions while respecting Odoo standards
- Develop efficient workflows, automations, and system interfaces
- Restructure and improve business processes in coordination with clients and internal teams
- Prioritize requirements and design solutions together with stakeholders
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external partners
- Conduct user training sessions focused on operational workflows
Required Skills
- Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable technical field
- Proven experience in digital transformation, process analysis, or ERP implementations
- Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-oriented mindset
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with high ownership
- Experience in project management, ideally in complex technical or process-driven projects
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in software development, API integrations, or automation
- Familiarity with advanced ERP customization concepts
- Experience working in cross-functional or multi-stakeholder project environments
