About the Role
The Business Analyst ERP (Odoo) role offers a comprehensive and highly responsible position within ERP projects. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial needs analysis to solution design, system configuration, user training, and ongoing improvements. Acting as a true business partner, the role focuses on translating business requirements into effective Odoo configurations while ensuring long-term value and adoption for clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and operational processes
- Design ERP solutions aligned with client objectives
- Configure and customize Odoo to meet identified requirements
- Facilitate workshops and lead user acceptance testing
- Train end users and support change management
- Manage system evolutions and continuous improvements
- Maintain close client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure clear understanding of workflows, data structures, and processes
Required Skills
- At least one year of experience working with an ERP system, preferably Odoo
- Strong understanding of business workflows, data flows, and processes
- Ability to gather, clarify, and translate business needs into Odoo configurations
- Comfort working across the full ERP project cycle rather than a single specialized phase
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work autonomously in a trust-based environment while contributing actively to team discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in functional ERP consulting or business analysis
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or user support
