About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience developing an Odoo integration module to synchronize Jobloom’s platform with Odoo ERP modules (HR, CRM, etc.). The intern will work closely with the Product and IT teams to design, implement, and test API-based integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Odoo integration module to synchronize job offers, applications, and statuses.
- Define and implement data exchange flows via REST and XML-RPC APIs.
- Write functional and technical documentation for the integration module.
- Set up tests and ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency.
- Prepare the module for deployment and assist clients with adoption.
- Report integration improvements and optimize workflows.
Required Skills
- Final-year student in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python (Odoo) and JavaScript (Jobloom).
- Understanding of software integrations via APIs or web services.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and curious with a proactive “maker” mindset.
- Good communication skills in French; English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage.
- Experience in SaaS integrations or ERP projects.
- Interest in HR tech and recruitment workflows.
- Ability to work independently in an agile, innovative environment.
