This role focuses on developing custom modules and extensions for Odoo. The position carries technical responsibility during requirement analysis and ensures high code quality through structured reviews, testing, and performance checks.
Responsibilities:
- Developing tailored modules and extensions based on Odoo
- Taking technical responsibility in requirement analysis together with consultants
- Translating business requirements into effective technical concepts
- Ensuring clean and maintainable code through code reviews, testing, and performance checks
- Supporting the integration and optimization of business processes
Requirements:
- Completed technical education in computer science or comparable professional experience
- Very good knowledge of Python, Git, and Linux
- Strong interest in software solutions and solution-oriented thinking
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Ideally, experience with JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Odoo, Docker, and the use of AI in software development
