About the Role
The ERP Implementation Consultant will manage Odoo ERP implementations for clients, coordinating projects, configuring business processes, and ensuring smooth adoption. The role involves close collaboration with development and integration teams, testing and validating functionality, and maintaining effective communication with clients to keep projects on track.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Odoo ERP solutions for clients, including planning, process tuning, and coordination
- Collaborate with development and integration teams
- Configure business processes in accounting, manufacturing, inventory, sales, and procurement
- Test functionality, identify issues, and validate data
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to maintain project pace
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of project management or ERP implementation coordination
- Experience in setting up and optimizing business processes, ideally from practical experience in a company, accounting firm, or controlling environment
- Understanding of concepts such as invoices, cash flow, inventory, and VAT
- Ability to work independently with structured and detail-oriented approach
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Fluent communication in Czech or Slovak
