About the Role
The ERP Consultant will participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. The role involves analyzing client processes, designing solutions, coordinating with developers for customizations, supporting data migration, testing applications, and training end users. The consultant will act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in ERP implementation projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Communicate with clients to understand business processes
- Create analytical documentation and solution proposals
- Propose customizations for developers and suggest integrations with existing client systems
- Determine data migration methods and processes
- Develop test scenarios, collaborate on testing, and provide feedback
- Train ERP system users
- Stay updated on trends and updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Requirements:
- Experience in ERP implementation on the vendor side
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision; Helios, ABRA, or Vario is also relevant
- Understanding of business processes and accounting principles
- Professional communication skills with clients and teams
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Communicative English language skills
- Analytical thinking, structured approach, and willingness to learn
- Advantageous: University degree in a related field, Microsoft Dynamics certification
