About the Role

The Odoo Developer will join a small team responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for clients. The role includes development, architectural design, quality assurance, and contributing to a wide variety of projects, from integrations and workflow adjustments to UI/UX improvements and data model customizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Odoo applications according to project requirements
  • Participate in architectural and technical design discussions
  • Implement integrations, workflow changes, and customizations to views, functionalities, and data models
  • Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews
  • Collaborate effectively within a team of 4-6 developers

Requirements:

  • Experience in Odoo development
  • Self-initiative and fast learning ability
  • Strong technical skills with various development tools
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Familiarity with Docker and Linux/Unix environments
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Physically located in the European Union
