About the Role

The Business Analyst/QA will work on Odoo implementation projects, collaborating with clients and developers to ensure functional requirements are accurately captured, implemented, and tested. The role includes client training, data import, and process documentation to ensure successful Odoo adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-sale meetings with potential clients and demonstrate Odoo functionality
  • Gather and document requirements for Odoo customizations for developers (in English, Polish, or Russian)
  • Test developed code and respond to developer queries
  • Conduct pre-production demos
  • Import data into Odoo systems
  • Train clients on Odoo usage
  • Prepare process documentation for clients regarding Odoo usage

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of work experience
  • Experience as an analyst in Odoo projects is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and understanding of ERP systems and bookkeeping
  • Fluent in at least two of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian

Conditions:
