About the Role
The ERP Consultant will participate in Odoo implementation projects and support clients in optimizing end-to-end business processes. The role involves working in a small team with broad responsibilities, covering multiple functional areas rather than a single department. The position plays a key role in supporting the growth of both the team and client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients across a wide range of business areas, including finance, sales, HR, procurement, warehouse management, production, and controlling
- Design ERP solutions and optimize business processes
- Lead and control Odoo implementation projects
- Coordinate with developers on customer-specific customizations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope independently
- Act as a key contributor within a growing consulting team and share expertise and experience
Requirements:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant
- Strong understanding of ERP consulting practices
- Experience managing ERP implementation projects independently
- Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and project scope responsibly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to take a leading role within project teams and share knowledge
- Openness to learning Odoo if coming from a different ERP background
