About the Role
The Python / Odoo Developer will work on developing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for international clients. The role emphasizes clean and efficient code, collaboration with global teams, and delivering high-quality solutions while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Odoo ERP solutions for international clients using current tools and technologies
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Business Analysts globally
- Write clean, efficient, and modular Python code with focus on maintainability and performance
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming, learning from senior developers and sharing knowledge
- Focus on high-impact development with minimal administrative distractions
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of hands-on Odoo development experience, including programming and custom module creation
- Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo ORM
- Solid understanding of Odoo module architecture and business workflows
- Ability to write clean code and deliver high-quality solutions
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
