About the Role
The ERP Functional Consultant will advise clients on improving processes using Odoo ERP and support them in implementing efficient, customized solutions. The role involves working closely with clients across industries such as fashion, e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing, as well as collaborating with the internal team to deliver impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on optimizing business processes with Odoo ERP
- Support clients in transitioning to an efficient ERP system
- Conduct workshops to determine the best configuration for each client
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and English with clients and team members
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute proactively to project success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and passion for IT
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required
- Initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
