About the Role
The ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo) plays a central role in supporting clients’ digital transformation initiatives. This position focuses on guiding SMEs in managing operations more effectively through the implementation and optimization of Odoo solutions. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring reliable, practical, and scalable ERP configurations. This is a permanent (CDI), full-time role centered on functional consulting, client collaboration, and solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to understand operational challenges across sales, purchasing, logistics, and other domains
- Map business processes and translate requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Configure Odoo modules according to identified business needs
- Test system configurations and work closely with developers on required customizations
- Train client teams on day-to-day system usage
- Provide functional support and maintain solution documentation (e.g., Notion, Confluence)
- Monitor Odoo updates and evolving best practices
- Suggest improvements and contribute to agile project ceremonies
- Ensure clear, structured handover to maintenance teams
- Maintain high reliability of functional deliverables, meet deadlines, and support client satisfaction
