About the Role
The Odoo Developer contributes to the development and maintenance of internal applications built with Python and Odoo. The role involves database optimization, system design, and collaboration within a technical team to enhance solution stability and performance. The position is based at the company headquarters in Weiswampach, northern Luxembourg, and is offered as a full-time permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal applications using Python and Odoo
- Apply object-oriented programming and ORM tools to interact with databases
- Contribute to PostgreSQL database design, monitoring, and optimization
- Work within a Linux environment and use Git for version control
- Collaborate with team members to improve solution quality and stability
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Odoo
- Strong Python knowledge, including object-oriented programming and ORM usage
- Understanding of PostgreSQL (queries, data models, basic optimization)
- Comfort working in a Linux environment
- Experience using Git in collaborative development
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, ideally with the OWL framework
- Familiarity with XML
