About the Role
The Business Analyst plays a central role in guiding customers through the full lifecycle of Odoo implementations, from initial analysis to long-term follow-up. This position combines functional analysis, project coordination, customer advisory, and continuous improvement.
After a structured onboarding period, the role offers a high level of autonomy and ownership over projects. Collaboration within project teams is common, especially on larger or more complex implementations, allowing for rapid learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer business processes and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into efficient Odoo-based solutions
- Define and execute project plans aligned with customer objectives
- Advise customers on best practices and functional optimisations
- Support customers in becoming autonomous with their implemented solutions
- Manage long-term customer relationships and follow-up
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve internal practices
- Contribute to internal initiatives and broader company development projects
Required Skills:
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Recent graduates or candidates with initial professional experience are welcome
- Senior profiles considered only with proven Odoo experience
- Strong service-oriented mindset and customer focus
- Ability to adapt communication and teaching style to different stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong learning ability and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience in IT project management
- Basic knowledge of programming or technical systems
- Prior exposure to ERP or management software projects
